The inspiration for this card was chocolate cupcakes, so I have only used browns and beige.

2) Pollycraft - #133 mmmmm Choclit

Gift bag - Pink&Orange

For this gift bag I had the challenge at Shelly's Images - Kraft, Pink, Orange and Embossing - in mind. It indeed turned out to be a challenge!
I cut out a bird, free hand, and embossed it. I used pink and orange feathers for its tail. Than I added different embellishments and details in the same colors.
I'm not convinced that the combination of orange and pink will ever by a favorite of mine, but considering how I struggled to piece this together, I'm quite satisfied with the result.
And I love challenges that force you to try something new!

CAS on Kraft with Teddy bears

This is my first attempt to make a CAS card. I knew this would be a challenge for me to do, but it was actually harder than I had imagined...
I have used masking technique with 4 different teddy bear stamps. I also added a stamped frame.
I was very tempted to add more details to this card, but the organza bow and the brad had to be it!

White Christmas and Angels

Love birds, yellow and orange

I have kept to two main colors for the papers and flowers.
I have used a Marianne Design embossing folder and a Spellbinders die. The 4 green "bling pearls" take up the color from the leaves, and I also added a bit of white lace.
With this choice of colors and image I think the card is suitable for several themes - spring, Easter and love!

Love - Kraft&Orange

I have used a lot of kraft paper for this card, both as background and for the birdcage, tree and fence. These have been distressed.

Colorful Confections

I was inspired by the challenge at The Shabby Tea Room to use aqua, pink and green together.
I went for vertical stripes in these colors.
The image is cut out with a circle die, to give a bit of "softness" to the straight lines.
I have cut out an extra set of wings in thin paper and added Star Dust Stickles. The purpose was to try and "lift" the wings off the paper for a 3D effect.

Crocodiles

I find it difficult to use greens, and this card actually took me quite a few hours to create, even though it doesn't look that way, simple as it is.The design paper is green, even though it looks more brownish in this photo (it's hard to get a good photo of this one)

When I came over this design paper I remembered I had some crocodile stickers among my stash, and I thought I could make a card for my nephew's 5th birthday.
I have not used any stamps, I have die-cut the letters and number.

I enter this card into the following challenges:

Golden autumn

We are waiting for spring to come in Norway, but some where in the world autumn is near.

For me autumn represents golden colours and rubber boots. Instead of colouring the image I have stamped directly on coloured and patterned papers.

I enter this card into the following challenges:
1) The Squirrel & the Fox - Autumn
2) Make it Monday - Anything Goes
3) Crafty Purple Frog - Yellow & green
4) Pixie Cottage - Anything goes
